Dangerous Goods Officer of the
The following services according to § 8 GbV and 1.8.3.3 ADR are performed by the contractor (dangerous goods officer):
- Continuous monitoring of all operational areas relevant to hazardous materials. This monitoring includes two scheduled online inspections.
- Monitoring of persons involved in the transport of dangerous goods
- Investigation and proposed measures to ensure compliance with regulations on the handling and transport of dangerous goods.
- Contact person for authorities and accompaniment during official inspections
- Telephone inquiries regarding dangerous goods and written inquiries (excluding reports) are available during our normal business hours or by appointment.
- Provision of computer-based transport documents and checklists; assistance by telephone or on-site with the use of these forms.
- Preparation of monitoring reports (§ 8, paragraph 2 GbV.)
- Advice on preparing an accident report after a hazardous materials accident (§ 8, paragraph 4 GbV. and 1.8.3.6 ADR/RID/ADN)
- Preparation of the annual dangerous goods report (§, 8 paragraph 5 GbV.)
