Expansion of the product range to include epichlorohydrin rubbers CO, ECO + PECO

Epichlorohydrin rubber combines the good properties of NBR rubber in terms of mineral oil resistance and low compression set with good weather and ozone resistance.

Epichlorohydrin rubber is a highly heat-resistant, oil- and low-temperature resistant synthetic rubber. This special rubber meets the increasing requirements of the automotive industry in particular with regard to the required environmental regulations. Epichlorohydrin rubber, with its balanced resistance to heat, oil, cold and ozone, is used in fuel systems, membranes and hoses for the engine sector. Other applications include copier rollers and membranes that require particular cold flexibility

Further areas of application: seals and roller covers. Used primarily wherever good mineral oil resistance and at the same time good weather and ozone resistance are required.

TYPES:

Homopolymer CO: CO3604, CO 3605, CO 3606
Heat resistance, cold flexibility, gas permeability for membranes

Copolymer ECO: ECO2404, ECO2405, ECO 2506
Heat resistance, cold flexibility, oil resistance, electrical conductivity

Terpolymers PECO: PECO 1204, PECO 1205, PECO 1206
Ozone resistance, cold flexibility, durability against “acidic” fuels, conductivity
